Gijón, 4th November 2019. Empathy.co, the Search and Discovery technology provider, today announced the appointment of Alistair Groves as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO), effective as of November 4th, 2019. Groves will take on responsibility for all aspects of Product, including leadership, organizational development and collaboration as part of the company’s transformation. Groves is the first-ever CPO appointment at the company, in recognition of the essential role that product plays in delivering Empathy’s growth strategy.

Groves most recently served as Principal Product Manager for Customer Experience at SAP Hybris. With more than a decade of international experience in Product roles, he brings his expertise on search, personalization and creating experiences customers love. His role will be instrumental in further strengthening the product strategy and helping our customers connect with their users.
