We are looking for a results-oriented, go-to-market leader to join Empathy.co, an innovative enterprise software company that transforms the customer experience by injecting digital empathy into search and making search solutions humanlike.

Empathy.co is a B2B company, profitable and hence self-funded; our solutions have very unique features that make them easy to differentiate for their joyfulness, ethics, and consumer privacy. We have several significant and well-known customers in the United States and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Must have recent and significant sales, marketing and partnerships experience in a leadership role with personal and/or team quota responsibility closing multiyear SaaS deals between $100K and $5M with VP and C-level executives. Needs to have strong business acumen and be capable of selling sophisticated concepts.
  • Must be able to start creating, developing and closing his/her own opportunities/deals while building out and eventually managing a team. Need someone that can be very resourceful, hands-on, roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever it takes to achieve goals. Needs to be a player coach who leads by example.
  • Must be someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small company, but has been through the experience of scaling up an enterprise to significant organizational size and revenues. Experience working in a dynamic environment is mandatory. Need someone that is very strategic, analytical, collaborative and creative.
  • Prefer candidates with international experience and selling, building and managing effectively across geographies. Ideal candidates will be familiar with other languages and sensitive to other cultures. This is an international company operating in the United States and Europe with plans for significant expansion.
